- Proof of Condition: To claim a return, please provide an unboxing video of the product as proof of its condition upon delivery.
- Resolution Options: Depending on the issue, we’ll process your return with either store credit or an exchange.
Policy Details:
- You have 3 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

- Approved returns must be sent to the designated return address provided during the return request.
Important Notes:
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, personalized products, hazardous materials, or opened personal care items are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval and inspection of the returned item.
